Tasks & next steps
Review the next steps Kimiko suggests after a meeting, keep the ones that matter, and organize them with projects, due dates, and tags.
Review suggestions
Section titled “Review suggestions”After a meeting, open its tasks pane to review the next steps Kimiko found in the conversation.
- Choose Keep to add a suggestion to your tasks.
- Choose Dismiss if it is not useful or is not a task you want to track.
Before keeping a suggestion, check that it reflects what was actually agreed. A possibility mentioned in conversation is not necessarily a commitment.
Organize the work
Section titled “Organize the work”Edit a kept task to make its wording clear. Use projects to keep related meetings, notes, and tasks together, and add task details such as a due date or tags where useful.
A good task describes an action you can complete: “Send the revised launch plan” is easier to follow than “Launch plan.”
Complete and revisit
Section titled “Complete and revisit”Mark a task complete when the work is done. You can reopen it if there is more to do.
The meeting remains useful context for the task. Return to its notes or transcript if you need to check the original discussion.
Find commitments across a project
Section titled “Find commitments across a project”Use chat with a project to ask about decisions or next steps across related meetings. Review the linked sources before treating an answer as a complete list.
