Export your notes
Export a meeting’s notes, summary, or transcript as PDF, Word, or Markdown, and see what stays available after a trial or subscription ends.
Choose what to export
Section titled “Choose what to export”Open a meeting and use its export control. Choose the sections you need, such as your notes, the summary, or the transcript, and select a format.
| Format | Useful for |
|---|---|
| A readable copy to share or archive | |
| Word | Editing a document in a word processor |
| Markdown | Plain-text workflows and compatible notes apps |
Check the destination and review the exported document before sharing it.
Keep the right level of detail
Section titled “Keep the right level of detail”A summary can be enough for a follow-up. Include the transcript when the exact conversation matters. Review names, speaker labels, and sensitive details before sending a copy to someone else.
Your library after the trial
Section titled “Your library after the trial”Existing meetings remain available to read, search, chat with, and export after the trial or subscription ends. Recording new meetings requires an active entitlement once the trial ends. See after your subscription ends.
Exported copies are separate
Section titled “Exported copies are separate”Files you export live outside Kimiko’s database. Deleting a meeting or wiping Kimiko does not remove copies you exported or backed up elsewhere. Manage those files where you saved them.
See privacy and data for retention and deletion behavior.
